Real Estate Assistant

Our client, a successful real estate broker located in St Leonard is seeking a full-time assistant.

We are currently seeking applicants to fill the position of Broker Sales Assistant and Admin. This role reports directly to the broker and is involved in the day to day activities.

Applicants should possess the following skills:

A real estate broker license is a huge asset

Excellent communication skills in both English and French ( Italian is an asset)

Translate from English to French

Strong administrative and organizational skills

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize wisely

Self-starter who can work within and help develop and improve back office systems

Professional image

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Ability to operate and understand computer functions and company utilized software packages; specifically Mac Platform and software such as Keynote and Pages.

Ability to handle, manage and maintain confidential information

Minimum Experience Requirements:

Minimum two years administrative and sales assistant experience

High school degree/equivalent or above

Real estate experience a plus, but not required

Experience in managing CRM/Client databases a plus

Savvy with social media
